1) Do you accept returns?
Sorry, but we do not accept returns, exchanges or change-of-minds on any items purchased online or in-store at our Op Shop.
2) What happens if an item is damaged?
We do our best to ensure the items sold in store are of good quality. Some clothes may have minor signs of wear and tear, as expected from preloved clothing, and we will do our best to provide images of it on the listing.
In the event that an item is found to be heavily damaged upon collection please let the volunteer on duty know before you leave the shop. We strongly encourage you to double check your collected items before leaving our shop - items that have left the premises of the Op Shop will not be refunded, returned or exchanged.
The management reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds and each case is subjected to the sole discretion of the Solaris Cancer Care Op Shop.
